We also offer a Self-Monitoring Blood Pressure Program (SMBP) at no cost. SMBP allows you to use a personal blood pressure monitoring machine to check your blood pressure at home. You can receive a free blood pressure monitoring device while you are in the program. This program last 4 weeks with weekly check-ins and discussions on how to maintain a normal blood pressure.
