The Mississippi County Health Department is partnering with the University of Missouri Extension to bring a Mobile Health Unit to Charleston on November 9th from 8 am to 5:30 pm. This Mobile Health Unit will provide free screenings including lab work for chronic conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.
Linli Williford the Mississippi County Health Department's very own Community Health Worker will be there to assist individuals that need assistance signing up for Medicaid or for any other service that can help them take better care of themselves and their families.
