Saturday, Feb. 22: Bell City High School standout Luke Nichols’ college team loses to Southern Miss Golden Eagles

On Saturday, Feb. 22, former Bell City High School standout Luke Nichols’ current college team, the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs, lost 8-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Southern Miss Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Pete Taylor Park. This was their second matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 1 p.m. at Pete Taylor Park against Southern Miss Golden Eagles.
