Friday, Feb. 28: Kennett High School standout Payton Heinley’s college team wins to Southern Nazarene Crimson Storm

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Kennett High School standout Payton Heinley’s current college team, the Southeastern Oklahoma State Savage Storm, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southern Nazarene Crimson Storm.

The game took place at Mike Metheny Field. This was their first matchup against the Crimson Storm this season.

The Savage Storm’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Mike Metheny Field against Southern Nazarene Crimson Storm.
