On Friday, March 7, former Kennett High School standout Payton Heinley’s current college team, the Southeastern Oklahoma State Savage Storm, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Northwestern Oklahoma State Rangers.

The game took place at Glass Family Field at Myers Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Rangers this season.

The Savage Storm’s next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Glass Family Field at Myers Stadium against Northwestern Oklahoma State Rangers.
