Saturday, Feb. 8: Kennett High School standout Payton Heinley’s college team loses to Arkansas–Fort Smith Lions

On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Kennett High School standout Payton Heinley’s current college team, the Southeastern Oklahoma State Savage Storm, lost 13-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Arkansas–Fort Smith Lions.

The game took place at Mike Metheny Field. This was their third matchup against the Lions this season.

The Savage Storm’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 5 p.m. at Majestic Park against Ouachita Baptist Tigers.
